AN form- ILR date?

Post by ohojska » Tue May 27, 2014 12:20 pm

Hi all,
is anyone able to clarify what date should I put in the AN form in the question regarding the date when I received my ILR? As a EU national I got the ILR automatically 5 years after continuos employment in UK. I stared my employment 28.07.2008. So do I put 28.07.2013 or do I leave it blank?
Thank you for any suggestions

Under EEA regulations, Permanent Residence status is obtained automatically after 5 years of exercising treaty rights. It has nothing to do with the employment date. For date you can choose either of the option but better put date 5 years after the you enter in UK for more reference you should read pages 9-10 of the Booklet AN.
