FORM MN1: Child Registration question

Please can someone help me on what answer to give to the first question on the MN1 form. I'm registering a child born in the UK during the time when we were on temporary leave to remain. We have now been given ILR and I intend to send the child's application tomorrow.

The question is:

Please indicate the section of the Btisih Nationality Act 1981 under which you would like the application considered.
