Form MN1 guide

Hi

First post, so hello all.

I have done a quick search but couldn't find what I was looking for so can someone please help.

I am busy with form MN1(Application for regestration of a child under 18 as a British Citizen) but cannot follow the online MN1 guide, the two don't seem to tally.

For example the guide says: "Which parts to fill in

If the child comes within section A of this guide, fill in parts 1-5, 12-13 and 16 of the form" but on the form there are no parts, only sections and the sections only go up to section 7.

Simply assuming that guidance issued by IND is always logical and correct!

This is totally bizarre! How wrong can IND get it so wrong over such a simple matter?

Seriously, if I were you, I would complete the whole of the form .... only omitting Section 4 if the child is under 10 years of age.

Ha Ha

At least it's not me losing it then.

Thanks for the advice I will just fill in the form without following the guide.

It is very bizarre.
