Form AN Question

Post by Wakizashi21 » Thu Oct 17, 2019 8:40 pm

Hello,

Hoping you can help.

Applying under Non EEA - ILR obtained as a spouse -

1. Proof of living in the UK? is this the current passport and the expired passport? she has not travelled outside the country, and the expired passport has her original visa of entry into the UK. She has never worked before so doesn't really have any employers letters like P60/P45.

2. A question within the application asked about immigration applications made to the UK. Does this mean FLRM, and ILR? I have made student visa apps before which I have added on.

1) Expired and current passport is enough showing the stamps.

2) Correct

Can the application be rejected if that information isn't provided? like FLRM or ILR? or can they potentially request that information if needed?

Regards
