Both a lawyer (in voluntary capacity) and someone on this forum have told me that when aplying for visa for my 3 yr old stepdaughter (am making joint application for her and my husband- to- be) I fill in section 8.2 as if I am her sponsor.
However, the guidance notes clearly say "In applications from children the sponsor is THE PARENT OR RELATIVE who you will live with". This would therefore be her FATHER who is the sponsor and I would fill in his details.
I need to do their aplication online this wekend. Could someone advise please. Thanks a million.
