Form AN with expired passport

Dear members,
I am going to apply for naturalisation by end of November. My current Indian passport got expired on November 1st week. Is expired passport acceptable while submitting the application at NCS ?.
Or do I need to renew my expired passport and apply for naturalisation!.
Please help !

You can apply with an expired passport. You might need to provide evidence that you were resident since date of expiry.

Thanks for your reply and appreciate for your response.

I got valid indate ILR and valid full UK driving licence. I hope it is sufficient. Please let me know of anymore documents!.
