Format of Accomodation proof letter

Hi Folks,

I'm done with assembling all the documents for applying for student dependent visa except for the accommodation letter. I want to know what should the accomm letter contain ......also will a email printout do??? if anybody could provide me any reference accommodation letter that would be very kind of you?
