Format for a employer's letter for ILR

I booked an appointment on 4th of July for my ILR. I am on a work permit.

Can anyone give me a sample employer's letter which I can take to the interview ?

This is to confirm mr XXXX has been employed in a full-time permanent capacity at comapany XXX since xx/xx/xx and the employment is continuing.
