France Airport transit visa

I am an Indian national travelling from Manchester to India next week by Air France. I am on HSMP(limited leave to remain). According to the french consulate website http://www.consulfrance-londres.org/spip.php?article349
I would require a transit visa even if I am not entering into the schenegen space. Any experiences?
