All,

Pleas clear me of this doubt.........I am due for ILR in Nov 2012 and currently on Tier 2 SW.

My daughter turned 3yrs in October and therefore missed the September school place. Now her nursery (i currently pay) has said that she could claim the free 15hrs/week government sponsored free nursery school............according to them,,,this is claimable irrespective of your nationality as far as one is resident in UK.

Could someone please help me out as I do not want anything to jeopadise my chances of getting my ILR in 2012.
