french visa to enter netherland AGAIN

i went to Netherlands last month with a french shengan visa and everything went good i entered the Netherlands

now i want to go back to the Netherlands from the uk, only problem is i didn't go to France yet and I'm not intending to go in this trip

so TO SUM IT UP. i have a french visa already used it for the first time to go to the Netherlands and i want to go back again but still did not enter France. can i go ?

the question is about the first entry. but my situation is about the second entry to the same first entry country ( Netherlands ) but still no entry to the country where the shengan visa have been issued ( France )

Understood.
Your question is really about: do you ever have to go to France.

You could check with the French embassy to see if they have limitations or have any policy that may end up with you being reported for 'visa abuse' (as, for example, Finland seems to have).

Or just go to France for a day trip;
or just carry on with the plans you have.
