fresh claim pending case

I made a fresh claim in last October, still pending,no outcome.
in june,
when i report to home office,they ask me Ni number and driving license
in july,
nothing,just find my ni number and told them
in august,
they cancelled my report in august,no reason
in sep, few days ago.
they ask my studying or not & any medical problem......
still report every month

waiting the outcome is painfull....

Lukli I think that your case maybe strong, I s better sometime when h.o take time to reply (fresh claim) than reply quick. most of quick reply is refused and late reply like yours is Grant.
Myself made frsh claim In december 2014 and march they refused straight my case, so relax my brother is maybe around the corner.

thanks ur reply,how about ur apeal?i remmember ur apeal court aroung this month.

Fresh claim usually take 2 to 3 years to make a decision, mine took 2 years and 9 months and few days ago I received a refusal letter. Take long time not because of your case is strong or weak, that's beacause there is a long queue and homeoffice just look at 1/5 queue in a year. Hopefully you get better decision , mine refuse with no right of apeal and know my solicitor challenging for judge review.
