Fresh tier1 or CAS LETTER - urgent

Ho gurus

I have applied entrepreneur visa in sep 2013 and refused in February 2014, hearing in nov 2014 and refused on dec 1 2014 on genuine entrepreneur test, I am totally confused whether to apply fresh applicational tier 1 or go for tier 4
Just to ask you guys what will b my chances in fresh application of tier 1 and which college or university will issue me CAS letter without having passport and all other original docs

sorry to hear your refusal...
I just wanted to know why u did not go to Upper tribunal and what did judge ask questions to you which force him to decide about your genuine entrepreneur test?

If you can reply above that will help us to understand your case and we will be able to give you proper suggestion..As for as my knowledge is concerned that there are very few people whom fresh application have been accepted and got visa but to be honest fresh application is not a good idea.

There were issues in contract like no fees mentioned, how I save 50 K, Business Plan copied, No BusiNESS eXP
