from tourist visa to student visa

hi all,
I am from Morocco , came to Ireland as a tourist. just thought of studying English at least for one year, ready to pay school fees but dont know whether my visa can be changed from tourist to student. can anybody tell me what to do? any specific college to enroll in? any advice will be considered.
