Funds for dependents who are in home country???? plz HELP

Funds for dependents who are in home country???? plz HELP

HY ALL,
My brother is here in UK under HSMP approved in JAN 2006 and he came UK in JUNE 2006. His wife and children are still in home country, now the question is how much money he has to show when apply for their visa to come to UK. HE HAS 3 DEPENDENTS.
