Funds issue

Hi, Please can you guide me on the following issue.

I am applying from PWS to tier 1 ent next month. I have around £35,000 cash held in my personal account. The problem is I am short of £15,000 in UK but I can arrange my uncle to show his bank statement as a third party. He is fine with it.

My question is will there be any problem if I show the rest of the funds are available from a third party in Pakistan? At this point we are unable to transfer the amount into my UK bank accounts but at later date once I receive my visa I can show that the funds have been transferred into my UK bank account. I have some property that can be sold

I will appreciate your reply.

the best suggestion is that try to get that money transferred to yr account and get a statement signed by solicitor that he has gifted u.
