Funds Maintenance

Post by micky17 » Wed Aug 03, 2011 3:59 pm

Hello All,

It's regarding making an application for PSW in October 2011 for my wife. She gets her MBA results only in October 2011 and her visa is expiring in October 2011 too. I'm just wondering can I show fixed deposit certificate which is on her father's name running since March 2011???? That FD will cover Maintenance funds for both of us.

Would you please let me know, will there be any problem if we put father-in-law's FD document to claim points for funds Maintenance? Because, it does not say in the PSW policy guidance like it does in the tier-4 policy guidance..

Please help me..

Thanks in advance..

the money needs to be in the applicant's name. funds in a parent's name for a PSW application are not accepted.
