Gap between 2 courses

Post by bethnalblue » Sun May 30, 2010 4:19 pm

I have finished my course on 26 April 2010 and my visa runs out on 26 June 2010. I am planning to enrol myself for a new course which starts end of July 2010, so the gap between these courses is nearly 90 days.
1) Is there any immigration rules that states you should enrol yourself for another course not more than 60 days after you completed your current course.
2) Course completed on 26 April 2010
Visa expires on 26 June 2010
New course starts July 29 2010
Am I eligible to extend my visa on a new course as a Tier 4 student within the UK.

Yes you'll have to apply from your home country because there is more than a 1 month gap between the two courses.
I tell it like it is.

@ElenaW.......If the visa expiring on 26 june and new course starting on 19 July , he can apply from UK.....its a gap less than 1 month between visa expiration and start of new course.

My apologies I'm guilty of skimming yet again. What I saw was "April" then skimmed over to "july 29." Thanks for the correction :D.
