T2 general and dependent application from Mumbai

Hello,

I am currently on a T2 dependant visa on my husband. We are going to switch categories due to some complications wherein I will become the main applicant and my husband becomes my dependant. Since I have to switch from a dependant to main applicant from the home country, we both will be going to India (Mumbai) to apply for the visa. I have started to fill the visa form on Visa4UK website for the main applicant.
Does my husband also need to register and fill out a separate dependant form on the Visa4UK website even if we want to apply together?
