General Grounds for refusal - For extension

Hi all,

Does some point in new rules about general grounds say that they will again re verify all the details we had mentioned in our initial application?

Do we need to tell our two years old employers (in Pakistan) that they can receive any verification call from the home office while applying for extension under tier1?
