Accommodation offer by Sister (UK Visit Visa)

Hi There,

I am applying for visit visa of my family and I will be managing all the visit expenses. My sister who is currently based in the UK is offering us accommodation. I was wondering what documents should we attach with our application for accommodation;

I was thinking of;

Letter from sister confirming the offer
Current passport of my sister
Tenancy agreement
Utility bills


Grateful if someone can please guide on this.
