Do you have any children? Please tell me about your immigration history and when did you claim asylum?

Ho will consider your human right under asylum application as well and you don't need to put any application and just need to put all of your evidence that your child lived 7 years in UK along with asylum application and case worker must consider refugee and human right ground, when he or she will make your asylum decision.

Hi Munirabid,
I'm a lebanese national ( maternal side is Syria ) but have never ever lived in lebanon and have no connection with the country whatsoever, even my extended family we all live in Syria for more than 100 years. To cut a long story short my asylum claim been refused and also courts rejected my appeals. I have no partner nor kids.
If you or anyone else on here know of anything that can help please share.
Thanks.

Hi everyone
I need advice. I came uk in 2010 with my husband on student visa . Have 2 kids both born in uk. In 2014 we applied asylum and its refused and Appealed exhaust. Till Jan 2017 done further submission all they refused. In August 2017 applied stateless child for maturation for my son when he became 6 yrs 2 months. And also we applied same stateless for my daughter who became 5yrs last week Now my son got British passport yesterday. So what to do now do again further submission or put flr fp???
We are not on Nass support . So can we apply for child benefits for my son now and can we claim any backdated ???

Go for further submission and mention to home office that your circumstance has been changed and your child become British citizen and so hopefully you will get leave to remain 2.5 years and only way you can apply benefits if you have leave to remain with no restriction recourse to public fund.
Which country are you from?

you can also book appointment for further submission and it takes 2 to 3 months to get appointment and but you need give new evidence, which was not before the SSHD and the IAC thus not considered by the SSHD and the IAC.
looks like someone already answered my question. Many thanks
