Hi thanks for you reply and encouraging words.

Hi Khatoon82, Hopefully good news....29 months is pretty much longer but during my further submission in person ( Liverpool)... the HO guy....told me to go down stair and enrolled with my BRP...It's necessary to ask me again to do it .

Decision letter comes first then Biometric card after some days, it depends how quick your case teams maybe,

Welljohn, I also did Biometric 2018 when I went to Liverpool to submit further submission, I was told to go downstairs by home officer for Biometric which I did, unfortunately the decision was refusal but I had a right to appeal which I did with unqualified and dearly beloved solicitor and it was refused. Last year I made another fresh claim and I received letter from home office to send more evidence to them, which I did ealy January this year, still waiting for decision and I don't know if I will be send to do another biometric .

Apparently after further submission if they want to grant some form of leave they ask for biometrics and if it’s a refusal they don’t ask for biometrics just send refusal letter , fingers crossed

Hopefully I will get positive decision, please does anyone know if somebody in this board is changing the sentence we wrote, because I wrote unqualified and dearly beloved solicitor and I am seeing unqualified and dearly beloved solicitor. Shame if someone is trying to hide the truth but not with me.

Hi Indu,, I am thinking of making work permit application by next week but I need to speak to my new solicitor, I didn't think Home Office is making decision, let have not heard of any asylum seeker that receive decision from home office this year, going to MP will be a bit difficult due to lockdown. I hope home office will realise that people are desperately waiting for decision.

Hi, is difficult to get a good solicitor, all they are after is for you to sign legal aid form, after that no advice, from poky to poky, my previous solicitor that represented at court the statement she wrote waa so implicating, I was the person that corrected all the mistake she made in the statement, how can non English person correcting English professional, for example where she suppose to write can not, she will write can, she made almost 7mistake, if I don't understand English that's me finish, you know Home office. hopefully this new solicitor Will be fine, although I won't put my trust in him because I got alot of bad experiences with solicitors, God is my strength, hopefully we will receive good news this April, Boris Johnson spoke about Amenesty on 18th of march this month, I don't know how serious he is.
