After nearly three years, finally I got an appointment date for my main interview. Guys please pray for me.
Wow!!! I have also been waiting since 2019 despite my efforts too. When is your interview date from the day you received the letter? Is it like in 2 weeks time, days or in a few months?
Hi Rina, It's on 19th May. My Solicitor received an email on 23rd April, confirming my interview date and process to book biometric( before the interview)
Thank you for replying. Please let us know how it goes on the day. I wish you a good interview. I hope they consider the wait you had prior to this interview to get a much quicker response after the interview. They are extremely frustrating people
Thank you so much. sure, i will update you.

Hi Indu.
I am glad you saw your solicitor today, as He said that your case is with PAP team, that means that he sent a PAP letter to Home Office, as for me I don't really know about PAP and I can't be bothered because the stress is too much, hopefully you will receive a news soon, the delay may be due to EU Scheme and Covid, as you know that EU scheme is ending June, that may be the reason why they are giving people June for time scale.
Hi still waiting 2020
My lawyer assistant was call today and he said home office refused my case and he said come on Saturday after 3 years waiting they refused let’s seee did you get and answer

if your appeal was granted and reconsider, your solicitor suppose to make sure your case is successful, in case you feel like your solicitor is not helpful, you have a right to change solicitor hope you know that. let's see what he will say tomorrow.

Hi Indu, if you have any new documents that you will like the judge to consider, give it to your solicitor before he sent out the bundle to court. But if you don't have any new documents, the judge will make decision based on the documents your lawyer submitted to Home Office during your fresh claim application

Hi everyone

My partner is overstayer and he claimed asylum in 2013 but got refused , also failed in the appeal in earlier 2015 . at that time he was single. From mid of 2015 we lived together,we can provide address proof for more than four years. recently he got caught and required to sign in in earlier June. We consulted solicitors and are advised to make a fresh claim. My visa status is indefinite leave to remain. we are from the same country.

I understand that the success rate would be much higher if we have a british baby born, however we have tried to have baby for many years but no success. we also went to fertility clinic for check-up, reports can also be provided when submitting a fresh claim to liverpool HO. I understand that the possibility to get DL is very low, but still want to seek advice from your guys. It is very sad for us, we want to have a baby but this thing is out of your control. Many thanks in advance!
