Oh my goodness! That is really good news. That was so quick, wow! If you dont mind me asking. What did the letter say? That you are here by granted leave to remain or your appeal has been allowed.

I made fresh claim in Nov 2020. I got letter for an interview in Liverpool regarding my fresh asylum claim. Has anyone interviewed after further submissions. I'm wonder usually they don't interview after further submissions. Is this thing? Can some one share any such experience? Thanks

Yeah when you go to interview ready and organised and go because they will ask lot of questions and if you have and children take with you because if they don’t happy with your interview they can be detaine also and they want to verify some things your story that’s why they call u after interview they will make decision so be ready and go

Thank you very much indu. I'm here in uk 14 years now. My first asylum was refused in 2012. I was student from 2008 till claim asylum which refused in 2012. This is my first fresh claim in Nov 2020. They send me 2 letter on same date, in one letter they say my case has been prioritised. And the second letter says they have arranged an interview which would be vido confrance and that I have to tell the reason why I have claimed asylum in uk. I was just thinking they normally don't interview people who made further submissions. Beacuse my asylum was already decided in 2012 and they interviewed me that time and the case refused and dismissed all appeals. I think its may be because I made fresh claim after 10 years so they want to clarify. Let's hope for the best. Does anyone experience interview after fresh asylum claim?

Hi, I would like to ask everyone, I have been waiting since January 2020 and have not received any news until I filled out the NRM Personal Circumstances Questionnaire?

I spend every day in anxiety, my lawyer tells me that I can't apply for a work permit now, my depression is worse now, every time I ask my lawyer my lawyer always tells me she is busy, I paid a lot of money for attorney fees.

Hope you can help me. I have an appeal hearing coming up soon and I have a barrister representing me. Will the judge and the home office office ask me questions?

Hi rina yes the judge will ask you questions. If the home office representative there they will ask you questions and there will be cross examination. Even the judge ask you some questions and clarify things.

Hello Guys, I'm silent partaker on this brilliant forum. just a bit of quick question if anyone can help me out on it please. I got respond from my Solicitor two weeks ago regards my appeal been allowed in which I was literally over the moon and peace of mind came into my soul. Anyway, my Solicitor told me the judge gave HO 14 days to respond but it's now past the time limit for them.

Perhaps, How long will HO send my BRP and will I need to be called for another Biometric again because I did one before, please guys let me hear from anyone same experienced. Stay blessed and keep winning.

Thank you.

Hello Indus2,
But I don't think it will take so long and all depends on the section that deal with it. however, in terms of biometric stuff maybe called for it or not....It's possible for them to send BRP without biometric and used the one already had with them... let me know might be done that way as well. Stay blessed.

Personally I advise you to write to the complaints department complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk. This is what worked for me. You have to keep pushing them. Good luck
