I made a claim for Aslymn. Went to West Crydon already just waiting on my 2nd interview. How long does that take to get. Had my first interview on 3 Oct. I was hoping to hear from them. Also how long is the entire process to see if they grant you aslymn. Thanks

Hello guys I'm in the same situation I am happy to learn about your updates so give as much as you can. Mine is that I live in UK over a decade never stoped reporting at home office, in April 2017 I made a further submission in person at Liverpool, today at my monthly report in home office they pulled me for surprise interview, asked me bunch of basic easy questions about my home country and my current situation in UK. Honestly I don't know if it was connected to my further submission or simple update of their data because I don't hope anything from these people anymore. I will keep informed!

I had the interview inside home office today, I go there every month for reporting. 5 days ago they sent me a text on my mobile saying don't miss your reporting this month. So I was prepared for 2 thing get granted or get arrested for deportation instead I got this interview. The road is still long let's hope for the best.

I have applied Dec 2016 and they have not replied then in September this year my solicitor send a letter then they replied and do apologize for delay and also so said I can do paid application but I have family I can not afford and after few days I received interview latter,I have 7 year and 5 years old kids both born in uk

***Urgent help*** I have another latter from home office for another interview in high commission now as I have mentioned in my last post I already had basic interview but now in High commission to confirm our identity even our passports are in high commission,can someone please tell my why and is it positive or negative

home office going to get travel documents from your High commission , when your child complete 7 years? and you can make paid application and if you don't have money to pay then fill fee waiver forum and you need to prove why its unreasonable to remove child from UK and if you can get letter from you child school that he is studying and letters from child friends and if he have any sports activities and photos with friends in school and outside school so on ETC and what is your immigration history?

Thanks for reply dear,my doughter is 7 years and 2 months and 2nd 5 years old I did fresh claim they call for interview two weeks ago (all questions about back home) with my family .my both kids born in uk,I already submitted all the school latters even psychiatrist report, photos,ect with fresh claim which I summit last December 2016 , with in two weeks time of my last interview I received another latter for interview with PHC but my claim is still pending. In the latter they said if I couldn't attend the interview with PHC that's effect my claim and this interview for confirmation of your and your kids identity .plz help me.regards

One thing I have forgot to mentioned I have not summit my little doughter passport with fresh claim but one last interview with home office I gave her birth certificate

on 2nd December 2016, did your child was 7 years old? and you can attend interview with high commission , did your all children have passport? and its your first further submission ? and plus prepare yourself for judicial review in case if they refuse and did get asylum support?

Yes my eldest is 7 year old

My eldest kid have Pakistani passport but not younger one .but f home office already interview my why PHC conforming our identity
Do you think they can detain family as well.
Don't have right of work + family I don't understand

I think when you made further submission, that time your child is under 7 years and Ho not going to consider your asylum as fresh claim and also may they are thinking not consider 7 years, are you getting asylum support?

No I am not getting any kind of asylum sport or any other .yes u are right when I submitted my doughter was 6 year old .shell I go to PHC and wait for decision or something else like I mean do application before decision. Or after PHC when I would go for reporting they detain ? Or ?

go for phc and try to make flrfp application , if you don't have money then fill fee waiver and then you don't have to pay fee . Ho will not going to consider 7 years of your child because at time of your application your child was under 7 years , so you also need to demonstrate that it's not reasonable to leave the child from UK,

Came to UK 2008 student
Got PSW 2009 then got HSMP
But they could not extend my HSMP(income issue)
Up to2016 September I went through the tribunal JR ect
In September 2016 I did fresh claim on Human rights with in month they rejected (not refused) reason we already gave u right of appeal (on HSMP extension)
Did JR refused shortly
I did not have money for flro that time
My solicitor did further submission with psychiatrist report with all school material latters from family , photos.
Then have not heard anything in September 2017 send a reminder to home office they replied and apologies for delay but also said in that latter u can apply further leave to remain with in few day I received interview latter from home office for interview at Eaton house they did basic questions and information about back home ,like my mother name ,and school I been to back home and my local police station, and same questions to my wife(1st week of November ) 2nd week of November i received another latter for attand an interview at PHC in December(next month). Then you need to make new application for leave to remain and use fee waiver forum and you must have demonstrate that it's unreasonable to child leave the UK and so nobody is helping you from backhome and child only have connections and private life in the UK so make the new application asap and mostly Ho considering further submission on asylum claim.

In my point of view that you don't need to go for Phc and make new application before Phc appointment and Tell Ho you made new application and seek advice from your solicitor as well.
