Hi, muireb,
Please I need your candid advice, I have emailed the complaint about my pending application since 30th of August 2017 and they email back that there will get back to me in 20 working days, please can I still tell my lawyer to apply for working permit for me or I should wait for them HO to get back to me first? Also, do you apply for a working permit? Thanks.

Does right to work take your NASS support away? Also can you do any job or there has to be a specific job you can only do?
I have applied for my right to work. Fingers crossed. Does Right to work only get to main appicant or spouse as well?

This is the reply below from the HO.
Dear.........
Thank you for your email correspondence of 27 February where you had raised a complaint about the length of time your further submissions claim had been under consideration.  You have now requested that we provide you with a decision without further delay due to the anxiety this issue has caused you.

I am sorry you had felt the need to write to complain to us about the length of time your claim has been under consideration for.  Our records confirm that we recently notified your representatives that we expected to deliver a decision by 11 April.

I am grateful for your patience, however I am unable to uphold your complaint.

I believe I have addressed all the points you have raised. However if you feel that there are specific aspects that have not been addressed you can request a review of our response within one month of the date on this letter by writing to us at: complaintsreview@homeoffice.gov.uk

Please ensure that you provide us with specific details setting out why you believe a review is required. This will enable us to provide you with a full response.
Or you can write to us at:
