Hi, muireb,
Please I need your candid advice, I have emailed the complaint about my pending application since 30th of August 2017 and they email back that there will get back to me in 20 working days, please can I still tell my lawyer to apply for working permit for me or I should wait for them HO to get back to me first? Also, do you apply for a working permit? Thanks.
This is the reply below from the HO.

Why exactly have you posted this link which is ONLY relevant to Tier 2 General employer sponsored visas and has nothing to do with "short list" jobs or work related to asylum applicants and right to work!!!
here is relation to Asylum seeker right to work below link and asylum seeker can only work which jobs are in shortage list and when you open shortage list so same link open which also Tier 2 jobs included.

JR can take long and is very expensive. It is also not a process under the Immigration route. It is a judiciary process.

As you have not posted what any of your circumstances are or the reason for refusal, you only have 5 posts, it is impossible for anyone to advise if you will have success with anything.

Hi

Hi everyone,
Please, I was supposed to go for my signing as usual with the HO next week(April), but today I received another signing letter and 4weeks has been added to it(May). also, to my surprise, the picture on the new signing letter is the passport copy I submitted with my application in August 2017 at Liverpool. My question now does that mean my application has been picked up by caseworker that's why there update my new picture??? Or the receptionist does it?? (Those that book appointment).
Thanks, I'm waiting for your opinion.

Please I’m really new to this. I have a couple of questions I want to ask.

I have been refused asylum and having read most of the comments, I have son who is 13 Months old and he’s got a British passport, will it be ideal for me to make a further submission,

Also will I need a solicitor or is it something I can do myself.

Please help me I’m a single parent and just really need to sort my self out. Thanks in a Advance

you need to take your child British Passport , Birth certificate, Gp letters, proof of Address and you need to write in Further Submission that your Circumstance has been change and your child is British and its unreasonable to Deport British Child.
