Australia/UK age 18-30 youth mobility work visas, to be changed to age 35?

It seems that part of the UK/Austalia trade deal, will raise the age for the Youth Mobilty Scheme/Working visas for Brits/Aussies, to age 35?

And be for up to 3 years for Australian citizens?

And up to 3 years for Brits in Australia too.
