My advise, this is a borderline problem. Best thing is to go as far away from it as possible.Jayden_2016 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 9:52 amThanks for your reply.
I am worrying about my situation may breach the point c as per the definition of Professional Sportsperson because the club registered me in the FA to let me can read the player details (including their parents contact), referee and opposite team contacts.
As my name is registered as Team Manager (they split the players in few small teams) of one of the team, it confused me whether I have been classified as a registered person in the club.
You'd upset the kids more if you get kicked out of the country. Most importantly, you'd upset yourself.Jayden_2016 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 10:30 amThanks for your reply.
I know what I need to do but just don't want to upset the kids as they don't have enough officials to represent each small teams.
But at my situation, I will tell the team manager I have to go.
I believe not. He's just a child running around with his mates playing the beautiful game. There's no gratification expected to be given to him. At best he gets is a trophy and a fake medal on his neck.Jayden_2016 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 16, 2022 11:04 amThanks for your advice.
I just texted the club manager about my decision and of course she is frustrated as the first training lesson starting tonight.
By the way, just one more question about my son (currently 8yrs) is playing the U9 game in this club. Will he breach the conditions also as he is a registered player (everyone need to register) in this club also?
