I'm in the same boat, Received approval letter on 13 september 2020 and got BRP Card for my Son on 17 September but my BRP card is still missing.
I have contacted the BRP management unit through the following link back on Fri, Sep 25, 4:16 PM, again Sat, Oct 3, 11:54 AM and then again Sun, Oct 11, 7:15 PM. Every time I got an automatic reply "Somebody from the BRP management unit will contact you within 5 working days about the issue you have reported." but never heard back from them till 15 October 2020.

This has been passed to the caseworker who should contact you directly.'

I have got the same email on 19/10 and waiting for their further response. Not sure what caused this technical issue? I responded to them asking the same but no response yet.

Could you please advise if there is a particular email standard to follow which could get me their attention ?

I am in the same position.
My solicitor received approval letter on 18th september. Have been still waiting to get response regarding my BRP card.
Solicitor reported it twice and one of MPs got in touch with home office about it, but still no response...

I am so angry and anxious..

A lot of things depend on BRP...

Congratulations! Finally you got confirmation.
What was the timeline for your process? When did you get the application approval and when did you escalate? Also, did you do anything else like sending email etc? Please share details. I am still stuck in same situation.

Approval email - 2nd Oct
1st escalated via the link - 16th Oct
2nd Escalation via the same link - 23rd Oct
However in between as suggested on this forum I kept escalating on the same link 2-3 times a day before even completing 5 working days that
In addition I emailed the BRPdeliver@homeoffice.gov.uk, BRPOATech@homeoffice.gov.uk teams on 21st Oct, 23rd Oct and finally today.
In today’s email I mentioned my NINo, thought the delay could be because I did not generated this number earlier

Hope this will help you guys. And this wait gets over for all of us soon!

Hi all,
I received an approval letter by HO on 18th September. I was granted leave to remain as a refugee in the UK.
In the letter said that the BRP would have delivered within 7 days, sadly received nothing since this date.

I reported it 4 times, sent lot of emails to them and also one of MPs get in touch with HO, unfortunately it has still not been received...

Has anyone suffered with the same matter? please give me down ideas on this...

I am so depressed...

I am in the same boat.

1- Its more than 10 working days and i have not received my BRP yet. When i try to fill details online on link provided in email (https://www.biometric-residence-permit. ... ot-arrived) it asks me, do you want to send BRP to same address as mentioned in decision letter. There is no letter attached to Decision email (it only gives my full name and case reference number). How i would know if home office is using email address to deliver it which i have put in my application form. (I have read my posts here on this forum that home office was using wrong address).

2- How i can get a speedy reply from them, as many people have mentioned that they don't reply within 5 days.

Thank you , helpful information would be appreciated.

Hello everyone,

I am in a similar position to most of you here. I received an approval email on 2 November 2020 and still have not received my BRP. As suggested in this group, I have used the online reporting service multiple time to report that my brp has not arrived and also written to all email addresses posted in this group. I have never received anything more than an automated reply. Unfortunately for me my personal circumstance means that I’m at risk of being street homeless with a young child because I cannot access state benefits as they require the BRP and my passport (which is also with the home office). I have called ukvi multiple times too and they say that there is nothing that can be done but wait. I have called TNT but they have nothing for me.

Can anyone advise me on further steps I can take to get my BRP. It is so unfair that after getting my visa approved, I find myself stuck like this.

Hello I hope I am posting in the correct topic and someone can help me. I submitted my biometrics at my appointment centre and uploaded my documents for my first spouse visa extension on October 27th 2020. I have not heard anything at all, I only received an email when I paid fir the fees before my appointment to say this would take longer than 8 weeks because of the backlog. Well my biometrics card is now out of date, and if all is well I wish to travel back to my home country in February to see my parents as they are very ill. I am worried that my new card won’t come in time. Do you know how long this normally takes from when the appointment documents are uploaded? Thank you
