Received BRP on 9th Feb! Implementation letter was on 8th Dec, so two months wait and almost two years from original application.

On to the next battle. Applying for ILR in March, have booked PEO appointment already.

Good luck to everyone still waiting.

This topic is for BRP cards after appeals within the UK and not from abroad.

i have won my appeal on the 8th of jan , and h.o is not challenging ,please when do i expect my brp and document
Hi, we have similar timelines for appeal decison. I had a hearing on 15 December, decision came in on 9th Jan however, I haven't heard anything from home office except to send passport photographs which was sent about 2 weeks ago. They are not disputing the tribunal decision. Congratulations on getting everything within a month it seems like that's rare...i have a quick question...When were you asked to do a biometric within your timeline? Thanks

harcourt361. That's super fast compared to what I have been reading here. I hope to receive mine on time too within a month after determination. Fingers crossed.

hi guys ,
applied for flr m got refused on 25 jan 2017
appeal heard on 22 Jan 2018
appeal allowed on 9 Feb
letter recieved from home office today 22 Feb , saying they will implement the decision and asked us to write to family and human rights unit (FHRU) in sheffield.

i am planing to write to them straight away and have taken an appointment with the MP for next friday . i applied for flr fp for wife as i wasnt meeting finance and then Varied to flr M , so i have paid IHS on both applications, one of the 500 was redunded but the other one is with them still.
my biggest worry is that they will write again asking us to pay 500 for ihs, so i am taking the initiative now and writing to explain the situation with proof so that they dony ask for it and hence dont delay the application. we are desperate to go back home to meet our parents and will ask if the mp can escalate it for us .

any suggestions ??? does the FHRU means my wife will get the DL ( Discretionary leave) rather than the normal Flrm.
because normally i see people here are contacted by pdcu but i have been given an address of FHRU.. Any clues..

thankyou all

I recieved letter on 14 November 2017 saying I will get brp in 10 days. My reconsideration was allowed on 14 November still waiting look like I have to wait 90 days :(
Please I need a help. My was allowed and home office acknowledged the decision of the judge but received a text from home office today that I may not have permission to stay in this country and should contact them with a link asking if I made a new application or have left the country. I quickly call my solicitor but he said is from Capital that they don't have any clue of a recent development regarding my appeal been allowed and accepted by HO.
Thanks

Ah ok @faisal Did you receive s biometric request? I'm not entirely sure what this implementation letter is because I received a letter saying to issue your leave to remain, we need your biometric info (dated 19 Feb). Submitted this info on 22 Feb same day I received the letter and nothing yet since then. I'm praying for an outcome soon.

I had biometrics done at the time I submitted my application in November 2016. When your appeal is allowed and the HO don't challenge the Tribunal's decision within 14 days. You receive a letter from HO after 14 days of your appeal allowed is known as "implementation letter" it usually says that the Judge's order will be implemented in your application.

Usually, if you had biometrics done, you don't need another one. But if the decision on the application takes very long then sometimes the HO may ask for a fresh biometrics. Hope this is not the case with you.

Regards.
