Cr001 I applied for non eea spouse visa.
But the point is my appeal has allowed since 17 July 2017, and still waiting for BRP and documents, although post decision casework unit acknowledged the tribunal judge decision on 17 September 2017 it's nearly 5 months since my appeal has allowed, my solicitor wrote 2 letters to pdcu, I emailed them twice, but they kept complete silence, I know patience is key to dealing with HO. But they are making it very hard, it's been 29 month my passport is in home office, I don't know how long I have to wait before I get my brp and passport back. Living in dilemma. If any body gone through in same situation please reply, how long they actually take after allowed appeal, 6 months 7 months or a year. Thanks in advance
Hello there
I'm in same situation . My wife is European and I'm non- European .my appeal was allowed in august 2017 . Casework unit sheffield sent me letter on end of October and passport recieved in start of November same time recieved letter saying brp would come in 10 days but nothing yet 1 month already .
After all that i realised its all about patience .hopefully you will recieve brp and documents back soon . Let us know if you get any information in future. Thanks

Hi Sunny1234
thanks for relpy, I will definitely let you know if I heard anything from HO. Yes it's all about patience we have to wait until we get our all documents back. You are lucky than me at least you received your documents back, HO made a half move, and half is left, even your appeal has allowed later then my one. There is lot of stories on the surface about appeal implementation delay such as case complecations caseworkers efficiency so on and so forth, but I think bottom line is how much lucky you are, if you are lucky enough, you get things done quicker. Keep posting please. Thanks

Friends, I have said this many times and saying it again if home office is taking long time to decide your application, please print your emails and receipts of letters if you sent them recorded delivery and go to your local MP, because home office is bound to reply to MP, and you will get an answer through MP.
All the solicitors who come on tv say the same thing that go and ask MP to write to them, I hope you receive your brp soon. My appeal was allowed in october and home office sent me letter of decision implementation on november 27th. So i am in same boat as you are. i will wait till end of december and if i dont get any reply i will go to my mp

Hi there
I got letter 17 September 2017
My appeal was allowed on 17 July 2017… and pdcu acknowledgment letter received 17 September, so total waiting time period is 5 days less 5 months, and if I count for 17 September it's almost 3 months :?
