His appeal was allowed 14 days completed on 19 sept he called on 21 sept no appeal yet from Home Office as I am aware Ho cant appeal the decision now as 14 days over ? He was awarded Fee of £140 and received on 18 September. Received implementation letter today 26 September 2018 dated 21 September 2018 from Liverpool unit. Oh. You can only wait. There is not time limit I think when it comes the Home Office. One of my friend got his BRP after 8 months, when he sent Pre-Action Protocol to them. So I think there is no time limit. Just wait and send them reminders every now and then.

Hi all,
I need your advice. My asylum appeal was successful on 30 August 2018 in first tier tribunal and 14 September my legal aid solicitor call me and said home office didn't appeal against the decision, wait upto 1 month to 6 weeks if home don't respond within this time then we will chase but after few days solicitor called me and said they are closing their firm so they no longer represent me. They advised me to send a letter to appeal allowed team to send my brp to my home address. Now its been more then a month didn't get any response from home office regarding my case and my law firm its been closed, so my question is now how can i get update about my case and how to chase them? Let me clear you all that i have no relatives here I'm alone here so i don't know anything to contact mp or anything. Please help. Thank you in advance.

If you have the decision letter from court, there should be address of post decision case worker unit, search on google for their contact number, and give them your case or appeal reference number, they will update you about ur case . Same thing happend to me, i won my appeal and my law firm got closed. i contaced post decision case worker unit and asked them about my case and also told them to update my address in their system so that they send my brp at my home address

Hi I m new on this. I just need some help please if some one could tell me about my case.
My appeal was in june 2018 in the first tier tribunal. Home office withdrawn it refused decision one month before the hearing date and said instruction has been issued for leave to remain visa And HO sent same letter to the first tier tribunal as well. Then after a month I received a letter from the court that Home office withdrawn its decision.
About 6 week ago I got another letter from HO requested 4 passport size photographs to update its record form Leeds HO. I sent the photographs next day to my solicitor It's nearly more then 4 months now, didn't hear any thing from HO. Just wondering what going on with my application if someone could help me please.
Thanks

You need to write to the address u sent the letter to. Or call the home office line on this page to find out about ur case. Or ask ur solicitor to write to them.
