Re: BRP wait time after succesful appeal

Post by jonathan1981 » Wed Nov 13, 2019 3:37 pm

Hi All,
I have applied ILR through 10 years continues residence route and got rejected below is the time line(appeal allowed).

How long do I have to wait to get my biometrics card? also waiting for "Implementation of court decisions" letter

Visa applied : 19/12/2018
Refused : 16/06/2019
Hearing attend : 19/09/2019
Appeal allowed : 07/10/2019 (appeal allowed)

"Implementation of court decisions" letter : waiting
BRP : Waiting

How long its take to send "Implementation of court decisions" letter?
Will Home office send BRP without "Implementation of court decisions" letter?
Today : 11/11/2019 will home office appeal against the decision?

Can you please share your experience (I feel stressful)

Immigration History

I landed in UK on 15th January 2019 with EC valid until 31 October 2011.

I made 3 successful in time application to extend your stay with temporary leave to remain the latest of which granted you leave until 27 November 2017.

I made an in-time application on 20 November 2017 for Leave to Remain under the Family and private life route (which was refused on 6th September 2018. The decision was later reconsidered, and you varied your application.)

I made an in-time application on 25th August 2018 for Leave to Remain under the family and private life route which was refused on 08 November 2018.

I made an application On 19 November 2018 FLR LR and you varied application into SET LR on 19 December 2018.

It is considered that I have not maintained continuous and lawful leave since arriving in the UK and you do not meet the required 10 years, so I cannot therefore meet the requirement of Paragraph 276B (i) (a). My application for ILR is therefore refused.

Refused : 16/06/2019

Hearing attend : 19/09/2019

Appeal allowed : 07/10/2019 (appeal allowed)

Notice of Decision
• I dismiss the application under the immigration rules I allow this appeal under
Article 8 of the ECHR for the reasons stated.

Date: 7th October 2019

Thank you
Jonathan.

you will get early if you are lucky..

HI my flr fp partner route was allowed on the spot by the first tier tribunal judge on the 10th of September 2019.i received my written decision on the 15th of November. 14 days limit is finished and we contact tribunal if the home office ask for permission to appeal but they said we don’t have anything on record.
Can anyone tell me how long more I will have to wait please for my brp or anything to hear from the home office

Hello Auk333,

Could you please share with us about your timeline. Any updates after your successful appeal? Have your received your brp card yet?
