Naah.. I was hoping today as today is 10th day since my solicitor post them pap, home office usually dispatched their post on Monday with second class delivery, which are receive on Thursday, but as usual im not that much lucky, any how next week is obvious, because 14 days are going to over next week and they necessarily respond within given timeframe. But hang on a second tomorrow is another working day may be tomorrow hahaha. Keep posting

Hi received a reply from MP and Home office they are saying need further checks after that they will implement the decision they cannot give any specific time frame they said we will try to deal asap. I don’t know what they are checking now worried any suggestions?

I emailed them in December and they wrote me same story, further check means your security clearance etc.
My 14 days over they haven't replied, so i lodged jr today

i have just recieved my brp today , had my appeal on the 22nd of dec , determination came on the 9th of jan .Got my brp on the 9th of feb.still waiting for my passport and documents and also my daughters brp am.over the moon .

1. This topic if for BRP cards after appeals WITHIN the UK. You appear to have applied for a spouse visa OUTSIDE the UK.

i have recieved my daughters brp and our passports.we also got some of our original documents but not all. our solicitor will be writing to them for other documents we super glad its all over .many many thanks to everyone for their advice and support , its been a tough journey but glad we have a good ending .Its time for a new phase .God bless and keep us all .

I haven't answered you for days sorry for that, here is some news, I received apologize letter for delay from home office this Thursday, my solicitor believe to get positive response within next week, I will update you insha'Allah.
