Child Visitor Visa

Post by Barbieukdoll » Wed Oct 18, 2023 12:15 pm

Good day all,

I am currently filling out the application form for my child's visit visa for her to travel with me . I already have my visa . I came across the question asking "How much do you spend in a month and also how much do you have in savings". My child is only 13 and doesn't have her own account and savings. I will be submitting my financial documents to support her application as her mother .

My question is what do i need to fill in those questions considering that she does not have a bank account or savings . Should i put it down as ZERO or fill out my own financial information on her behalf . I have tried to search for answers on this forum in regards to this but i cant seem to find any . Please help me or direct me to where to get the appropriate answer . Thanks

Fill zero. In the comments section, you can say I'm travelling with my parent. They know the child is a minor. Happens all the time with people applying with kids.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

Thank you very much for your response. However, I tried to fill in Zero under how much you spend in a month and it wouldn't accept it . I have tried putting zero and 0.000 and 000 but it still wont accept it . Any idea how to get away from this ?. I dont want to risk my daughter not getting the visa . thanks

To proceed with the application, put minimum amount like 1 and add comment as earlier advised.
