Hi everyone,

I have also applied for travel document after receiving my indefinite leave to remain ID (refugee settlement)
I applied on the 4th of December and received the acknowledgment recipient letter on the 6th of December
I don’t know when I’ll receive the passport ☹️ ??I have an urgent situation to travel to germany and attached a medical report as a prove with my application .
Does anyone here had the same situation? Does anyone know how long it will take !

Thanks

Hi, apparently waiting time is 7 weeks at the moment which I think might extend a few more weeks due to the Christmas period.

They work in the strangest way ever. I have applied online and posted my application on the 14th of Dec, I have received acknowledgement letter two days and nothing so far. My application only for a name change but you have to do it all from start to finish like brand new.

My little kid applied for first time British passport the other day and got it 7 days after we sent the paper work. What I can't understand is why the TD takes 70 working days and even more than that. Disgraceful!

Hi all,
I’ve a question please. Applied for my ctd on the 11th of January. Posted it on the 21st of January application was made online but I still haven’t received and acknowledgment letter. So I’m not sure if they’ve received it although I paid for tracking posting but I’m still very unsure and I don’t know if I should contact them to ask or they don’t send out acknowledgment letter anymore

Hi
I applied my and my son conventional travel document online on 16 January. And than after getting pictures and declaration form signed by solicitor I send them by post on 22 January by special delivery. I check my bank statement, they deducted my fees on 16 of January. And as Royal Mail tracking shows that they have been delivered them on 23 of January. But after that I didn’t heard anything from home office. They didn’t send any acknowledgement letter and there is nothing that shows they gonna send my ctd.
I am worried now, anyone who is in same situation?

Application time:

Filled in the online form on 28/01/19
Money deducted on 01/02/19
Sent the documents on 06/02/19
Documents received and signed by HO 07/02/19

still not heard anything since.

Has anyone here been successful with application for CoT (black) with a family permit visa??

please let me know. Thanks.
