Thanks for sharing, please note that my friend received an email yesterday, they are working on applications dated on 28-11-2019, so probably your travel document is printed and will arrive either tomorrow or after 2 days.
Best of luck!
mustafax44 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 30, 2020 12:01 pmHi Newlondon,
I have just received a phone call from the travel document office. I can confirm that they are still working and the travel documents are still getting printed and delivered. I have received the confirmation today that my application has been accepted and to be delivered within 7 working days.
mustafax44 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2020 8:54 pmHi newlondon,
they started processing applications on the 09-12-19 yesterday so I believe there is an issue with your application. they called me because I added the mobile number in the application and there was an issue with my application. I received a call from a mobile and he told me that they continue to work from home. you may try giving this number a call 0300 123 2241 as it was mentioned in the email.
wish you luck,

Do I need to send original leave to remain letter as well?
Do I need to go for biometrics as well after submission?
