Abdolrahman I was waiting for 11 months and 2 days, u nid to ring them n find out, I rang n they told me it was processed and posted out this was after waiting exactly 11 months

I was applied for ILR through set P route in last year august.After 6month I was granted ILR but my waiting again started since then for travel document in first week MP called the home office and inquaired my case and conform my case is in the march Q the home office handling the Feb 2013 cases in line that is why your claint should wait till end of June. But unfortunatliy i didn`t receive till now it mean after 2month we are still waiting nothing heard anything.just hopping in this month.

thank you for your answer , i dont know exactly what can i do , so i call them many time and sent them many latters , some time think about that how can i cancel my application , i dont want TD anymore ,cos just they r ready to taak money in first week but for giving my TD i should waiting for one year .

I just can believe that everybody have to wait so long (11 month), to get CTD. Does anybody know, people getting it quiker?

People who is waiting for longer that 6 month, keep writing them a complains. cos its wrong, and its not fare.

I hope we all going to recieve CTD very soon.

Latest information from the Home Office regarding the Travel Documents applications (This information is available in the WhatDoTheyKnow website and provided under Freedom of Information Act:

For all types of applications made during 2012, we are currently working on September
2012 applications.

For all types of applications made in 2013, we are currently working February 2013
applications.

In another question about number of applications that have been decided and despatched for those submitted in 2013 they replied:

Table 1 – Decided Convention Travel Document applications made in January to
April 2013

I think that those made in March and April 2013 and processed are only with priority for some reason but for normal applications they are still processing Feb 2013 and Sep 2012

Any good news from shame full home office. About TD. if I were know at the time of application its taking too long then I don`t apply and wait for naturalisation. I was waited whole 6 month for ILR Stage to decid and now again suffering from waiting my 6 month is starting tomorrow. 2 time our MP intervened and she said the home office processed the Feb 2013 application and your client should be receive but even after two month the same news. shame full help from MP just west a time. If they don`t have staff why they deduct money from the account just day after they received application. now they are willing to make a money from immigrant.

2 days ago i called Home Office and i asked about my TD and tell them i have been witting for 11 month and 20 days and she said why you want TD .
anybody like this answer

No news yet. except they replied to my complaint saying:

Travel Document Section (TDS )staff have told me that they have implemented a new operating structure which should speed up processing times and clear their backlog.

That is very absolutely the rubbish answer which they can sent it to you .
because I got the same answer from may compliant answer .
and they describe that never they didn't dealt with my application and got it out off turn in between 12 month ago which they didn't dealt because of the some reason which they are not allow to tell us .
so don't worry cos when u write a latter for compliant they just use copy's texts and past it to next client .and every one got same responses .

I've just received a call from TDS saying that they received my complaint and will consider my application and I should receive the travel document next week.

Hi everybody i posted my status and app.form to TD department on 20th May 2013 i received a letter on 22th confirm that they receive my application. From that time nothing yet.
I hope they already started to process it.

Yesterday I received a phone from TD department which they wanted confirm my address for send my TD , so I think I will get my TD soon but after 11 month and 20 days waiting time .

Yes same happened with me. I applied in December but he told me in the phone call that they accepted my complaint and will process my application. I recommend sending complaints by email, post and fax

Yesterday I have received a letter from travel document section it mention thank you for application TD but its rejected as the following reason
no/1 section 9 is not completed correctly and no/2 the first travel document is didn`t submitted with the application. If you have lost it then show the crime reference no however if you submitting the required document within 15 days from the date of this letter we will be considering your application. if not then the information which I have already in our system will be taking to decision.

I received today from asylum center my police registration and they told that they sent my original passport to travel document center since there is outstanding application. did it happen with u guys???
