Discrepancies on the BRP dates between main applicant and dependents

Hi All,

We are on an Overseas business representatives Leave to enter.
The main applicant's (My wife) BRP validity is from 20/6/2021 to 20/6/2024,
however, all the dependents' BRP validity is from 1/1/2021 to 1/1/2024.

1- Is it normal to have different BRP validity dates? (we all entered the UK on the same day 20/7/2021).
2- When should we apply for the Overseas business representative visa extension? or kindly advise the best course of action.

2- When should we apply for the Overseas business representative visa extension? or kindly advise the best course of action.

Hi,

Many thanks for your prompt response.
Visa was issued first time for the main applicant on December 2020. then for the dependants on March 2021.
After that, we had to extend the visa validity for the main applicant till June 2021.
