Hello,
I have submitted my biometrics and passport on visa office yesterday (August 26) and they have forwarded my application to uk visa And immigrant on the same day .But My TB test result is getting expired on September 7(10days after the biometrics) Im afraid whether this will cause any issue or will they ask me to take TB test again and submit for stamping to be done .or else the stamping will be done considering that I have submitted a valid Tb test while submitting application.

It should not be an issue. Wait to hear back

Do not be afraid, it will not cause any issues. The relevance is that it must still be valid on the date of application submission. Even if it expires the next day, the CW are bound by the HO rules.

As stated the most important time about its validity is on the date of application. Have it at hand on landing in UK if asked for present it to the IO and its only to look at it and return to you.

If airport staff will detect any suspectibility then may conduct such/similar tests which they usually have available.
