False Documents

Post by Roha1 » Tue Nov 22, 2022 5:09 pm

My name and signature were used in supporting documents for their visa application without my consent, and I just discovered that the visa has been approved. I doubt it contain a letter of sponsorship from me and my tenancy agreement.

If I discovered that someone intends to visit the UK not for vacation but for childcare, what should I do? Is there a way to report/complain about this? It is important for me to keep everything confidential.

It means visa was obtained with deception and your identity stolen for the purpose.
Lodge a complaint and if possible state as much details of the applicant and or visa information as you can to aid HO in pinpointing perpetrator.

Your question not so clear. If you mean a cover or invitation letter used for the application done in you name you can still lodge complaint, taking action or not now depends on HO.
