Family Private life Route

I need help about Family private life (7years ) route application. Taking more than 9 month can any body help me about it.

What is your UK Immigration history?

FLR(FP) applications can take a year or more.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

I came in the Uk as a student in 2007.My wife came as a dependent in 2010,September.I have 3 kids.My 1st daughter born on 8th June,2011 in Uk.I continued my visa as a student till 2014.Then I applied flr but got refused in 2015.Applied again in 2015,August but got refused with in country appeal.But my appeal dismissed as my daughter was 3 weeks away from 7 years.Then I did fresh application flr(fp) on the basis of 7 years in 2018,November and waiting.Thanks
