Help

Post by Yooman12 » Wed Aug 08, 2018 6:42 pm

Your application raises issues relating to the European Convention on Human Rights which are complex in nature. As such, it falls outside our normal service standards for deciding leave to remain applications. Please be assured that we will make a decision on your case as quickly as possible

I received this letter. Whats gonna happen next? Please help or advice.

Useful to state what you have applied for as you have posted in a visa category sub forum that is no longer available!!

The letter is a standard letter that many applicants get. It just means your application will take longer than usual, likely more than 6 months, to decide.

I had the option of premium service but I choose postal service as my passport was expired. I have submitted my new passport. Can I upgrade? Will it be a good idea?

Then no you cannot apply in person or on Flr M. In person is only for straightforward applications for applicants with valid leave.

You will need to wait for the outcome of your FLR FP application.

How long have you been in the UK?

On what basis have you applied for a visa?
