How long will I get my passport returned ?

Today I received SMS from SMSway said that " The processed visa application was received 6/7/2018" On 12/7/2018 I need my passport to travel to Malaysia so I don't know What I should do ? Wait or apply letter to withdraw my passport. Can somebody give my advice ?

What visa exactly have you applied for??
Char (CR001 not Casa)
