Your child turning 8 years next November will not help, perhaps you should keep your head down until your child turns 7 this November.

You'll also need far more to prove you are sharing in your child's upbringing than "I have an interim contact order which states a supervised single visit"

Can u shed more light on what evidence I need. My ex won't allow sleep overs
But is willing to give a solicitors letter
I am also thinking of getting a psychological report.
What else, please help
