Missed telephone call from Sheffield

On 14 March 2019, I (sponsor) missed a telephone call from +44 1140447469. Later I returned the call but number doesn’t work.

I believe this is for spouse visa application which we submitted on 1st March and sent documents by post on 11 March. I included prepaid and addressed envelope (special delivery) but nothing received yet.

Please could someone advise what i should do and is there something to worry about as since I missed their call, they haven't called again.

If it was important they would have left a message, or tried again later??
