Mother in law

Hi. My wife is here on a spouse visa she has renewed after 2 and half years and is on a 5 year route. She is from the Philippines. Can her mum come over to visit (once restrictions have been lifted) she is still in the Philippines. thank you for all your help.

Irrespective of what visa your wife is on your mother-in-law would need to satisfy quite stringent requirements the objective of which is to ensure that visitors return to their home country after their visit.Search the forum, there is a lot of information on it and also see the guidance:
