opening pvt limited company on dependent of skilled worker

Hi All,

I hope you are well.
Could you please advise me regarding opening pvt limited company on tier2/skilled worker dependent visa. I am on a tier2/skilled worker visa and work for a uk sponsor, my wife recently joined me here in UK as my dependent partner now she wants to open a pvt limited company for online selling, is it legal to do so or are there any restrictions? Will opening a pvt limited company on my wife's dependent visa effect my own visa?
